Latest MEGA GUI
This latest GUI uses XML files to generate the Analysis Preferences Dialog (APD).
There are three sample XML files: the first is used with the Analysis and Parsimony menu items, and the other two are used with Distance and Likelihood.
The first XML file is based off an actual APD in MEGA, the other two are quick examples to show different options.
